Our family is very active and friendly, my three children studied in a British school in Madrid so they have always had international friends and that has also led us to be very open and has generated a great interest to welcome and learn new cultures. It is interesting to rediscover your own culture when you show it to someone outside of it.
In this house we work as a team and that is how we treat our guests, trying to include them in as many activities as arise in each moment (as long as they feel like it). We are reasonable, respectful and educated, we also have a good sense of humor, we like to surround ourselves with positive and active people.
We love animals, at home there are two adorable dogs, an owl, hen and turtles, we hope whoever stays with us loves them as much as we do.
Our home is next to a park fully equipped to do some exercise, play football or rugby. Also you can discover the countryside by bike or footing.
Please feel free to ask any questions! We would love to have a new guest at home!

Our place is in the countryside, far away enough from the city to enjoy nature and splendid views and close enought to go to Madrid's main attractions in half an hour. There are several buses 5 min away walking from our home that will take you to the financial centre (Plaza de Castilla) in 30min or to the train station where you can go straight to Madrid 0kM at Sol in less that half an hour. Our family is welcoming and easygoing, we would love to help you around when needed and understand that you will like your own place and privacy respected too.
At home lives Carlos and Nati who have been married forever and speak very little english but make their best. Carlos loves everything related to bikes and cars, Nati loves animals and plants. They both enjoy good music. They have two daughters (Rachel 31 and Sarah 27, one Sarah living at home now) and a son (Carlos 22), they all speak english fluently and Sarah speaks a little chinese. The three of them are constantly going to the city centre or further for work/study so its more than probable that you can get a lift somewhere if needed.
The whole family loves travelling which is one of the main reasons that made them star hosting, they know how hard living in another country can be. They enjoy meeting new people and cultures and are very excited to see how each stay goes!
