Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door and lock the back sliding door when entering and leaving the house.
Please keep bedroom and bathrooms clean at all times.
Please turn off lights, fans and electrical appliances when leaving the room
Keep noise to a minimum after 8:00 p.m.
Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself.
Please do not invite strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, check with me first. Also, friends cannot stay over night.
Please note: a 14% transient occupancy tax will be collected upon arrival and $30.00 cleaning fee must also be paid as you check in, cash only.
Full payment must be received upon arrival with no refunds within 7 days of notice.
For national security reasons, you must present a photo ID, such as driver's license or passport.
A $100.00 cash deposit is required which is returned at end of stay, if no damages are found in the room or property.
Smoking and drinking are not allowed.

Hello! My name is Nana and I'm from Japan. I stayed for 2 weeks with this family. It was too short though, I feel I had such a great time and I'm really glad to share the time with them. When I stayed, there were various students who has different background. Therefore, I could learn different culture at the same time! It was good experience for me.
If you are looking for the place to stay in LA, this homestay host is my highly recommend. You can stay clean single room, eat delicious foods and meet nice people!! Also, you can go Hollywood, Beverly Hills and downtown LA easily by bus or metro.
Anyway, this homestay host is amazing!! I miss everything!!

私が行った時は改?前だったのもありやや古いのが目立ったのと、夜に?が多いといったところなどが潔癖性の私には?になりましたがその後改?をして壁紙などを新しくしているようなのでキレイだと思います。
