GIna kept changing the parameters. E.g. gave us a room in a house in Pedrables instead of the one offered and advertised in Gracia. The house had incredible views of Barcelona but was a 20 minute walk down a mountain to get to the metro. She immediately said she wouldn't cook breakfast which I was okay with but, the kitchen was extremely dirty most of the time with dirty dishes and pans left out and/or soaking for days and the smell was often quite bad. The room itself was fine, but she gave us torn bed sheets which just seems unnecessarily rude. Likewise the room cleaning offered never materialised. One night (one o'clock) Gina's daughter, whose room it was, just came in and started looking for stuff and moving all our clothes and bags out of the way while we were in bed! Needless to say- no apology. Gina also conveniently "forgot" 87 Euros of our deposit and had to be reminded about it. I would say this one is best avoided, I had no falling out with Gina but she is a lazy, sloppy host who just wants easy money with nothing from her side.

Gina was very nice and polite lady but I was very disappointed by the conditions she offered to me.
My room was very dirty,and had strong cigarett"s smell.My bedsheets were dirty with visibly stains......somebody slept there many times before me,even the towels she gave me were dirty...
I had no place to go that is why I did not say anything but I would never go there again...
